¡ñ Main root, lateral root and fine root should be developed evenly.
¡ñ There should not be a scar on the smooth skin with its fine roots
¡ñ The color should be natural light yellowish white.

content less than 14%.

- Red Ginseng
Steamed and dried ginseng for long-term preservation, with red/brown
color. In processing
the moist content gets less than 14% and ginseng becomes dark brown.
The original shape maintained for long time.
